Getting to Sequim
The
Sequim Lavender Farmers Association and the Sequim Lavender Farm Faire is located in the
Driving to the Olympic Peninsula
There are several ways to get to the Olympic Peninsula by car. The Edmonds-Kingston ferry departs from just north of Seattle – a great option for anyone coming from Canada or anywhere north of the city. The Seattle-Bainbridge Island ferry departs from downtown Seattle and is a good choice for anyone coming from the east or from the airport. You may also drive south from the airport along I-5, then across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge on Highway 16 and on to the Olympic Peninsula by way of Bremerton and the Hood Canal Bridge. Regardless of the route you select, the scenery will be beautiful.
Fly into the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac)
National
and international flights come into the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on
the south side of Seattle. From Sea-Tac you can:
- Fly to Port Angeles on Kenmore Air (see

gateway to Olympic National Park.
- Rent a car at Sea-Tac and drive to Sequim. It is about a 2 hour drive. Or, if you have time, you can take the ferry from downtown Seattle - a gorgeous trip.
