Food makes the world go round at the Faire – and this is not your usual fair food. We have 20 booths at the park and at the farms with an international selection for everyone, and lots of lavender.

Olympic Peninsula Wineries presents a selection of two wines from each of their member wineries, available for tasting by the glass or to purchase by the bottle. Wineries include: Black Diamond Winery, Camaraderie Cellars, Eaglemount Winery, Fair Winds Winery, Finnriver Farm and Cidery, Harbinger Winery, Olympic Cellars, Wind Rose Cellars.
Check out the real "local lavender wine" made by Olympic Cellars Winery. Their La Mélange Nouveau, “The New Blend,” features the infusion of the “Melissa” lavender species from Purple Haze into their coastal varietal Müller-Thurgau wine. Always know the winemaker!
Finnriver Farms is creating a special limited edition Lavender Black Currant Infused Botanical Hard Cider that will only be offered at the Faire’s Wine & Beer Garden.
Regional micro brews on tap include selections from Pike Brewing Company, Fish Brewing Company, Snoqualmie Brewing Company, Two Beers Brewing Company, and Leavenworth Biers.

Each of the farms is a festival itself, with fields of lavender, lavender products, workshops, demonstrations, crafts booths, u-cut, and food!.
Jardin du Soliel

Bella Italia - grilled lavender pepper sausage, lavender marinated grilled prawns, lavender lemon ice cream sandwich, honey lavender lemonade. Plus beer and wine garden with Washington wines.
Purple Haze
Oven Spoonful and the Bushwacker Restaurant - cook-to-order wild salmon, Polish dogs, Herbes de Provence chicken, smoked salmon salad, cheese plate, organic greens, with Purple Haze salad dressing, baked beans, corn on the cob, brownies. Plus lavender margaritas, Olympic Cellars Lavender Wine, beer, and lavender cosmopolitan.
Sunshine Herb & Lavender Farm
Sunshine Lavender BBQ - Baby back ribs with baked beans or corn on the cob or salad, Sunshine pulled pork dog, lavender pulled pork sandwich, lavender BBQ Chicken with the farms Lavender Apricot Pineapple BBQ Sauce and baked beans or corn on the cob or salad, hot dogs for the kids, house salad with selection of lavender dressings, pulled chicken tortilla wrap with lavender apricot pineapple BBQ sauce and cole slaw, espresso and ice-cream including lavender ice cream.
Washington Lavender High Tea
Washington Lavender is a Farm on Tour and in addition a special High Tea will be served at 10:30, 1:00, and 3:30 each day throughout the weekend in the large glassed-inn piazza of this luxury Bed & Breakfast, right on the Straight of Juan de Fuca with views of Victoria. The three-tiered catered tea service includes lavender and other delicacies. Advance reservations are required, and the cost is $32.50 per person including tax/gratuity. For those who would like to take a full tour of the Inn, just add an additional $5 to the purchase of your tea ticket. Reservations may be made at the Washington Lavender booth at Lavender in the Park, at the gift shop on the farm, or by calling 360-452-5207 between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Admission also requires a Farm Tour ticket which can be ordered when you make your reservation, or at any information booth. Come relax for a spell and enjoy the view of the Strait, a delicious tea, and perhaps even a visit from George himself!
