There’s an international selection of great food and beverages at Lavender in the Park. Come and enjoy whatever your heart desires. Each of the Farms on Tour also has great food and beverages so there are many eating opportunities at the Sequim Lavender Farm Faire!

Alaska Weathervane Scallops
Scallorito - BBQ Bacon Wrapped Alaskan Scallops served on a warm tortilla & pesto coleslaw Sautéed Alaskan Scallops served on a bed of rice with a drizzle garlic basil pesto or Marsala mushroom sauce

The only locally produced lavender infused wine, Mélange Nouveau (The New Blend)  The wine was made by Olympic Cellars, Port Angeles, and is available for sale at the winery.

“Cooking with Lavender” Demonstration
On Sunday,  the farms have prepared a “cooking with lavender” demonstration.

   Spoonful and the Bushwacker Restaurant will team up to offer cook-to-order wild salmon, Polish dogs, Herbes de Provence chicken, smoked salmon salad, cheese plate, organic greens with Purple Haze’s own salad dressing,
baked beans, corn on the cob, brownies, lavender margaritas, Olympic Cellars Lavender Wine, beer and a lavender cosmopolitan.
